Email Marketing Built to Keep Sales Moving.
Precision-built emails that recover carts, reactivate buyers, and keep your cash flowing.
How we move.
No fluff. No 90-day "ramp up." We deploy fast, iterate faster, and build email infrastructure that compounds revenue month over month.
Audit & Assessment
We tear your current email setup apart. Flows, campaigns, deliverability, list health — nothing gets overlooked. You get a full diagnostic report.
Strategy & Architecture
We build a custom retention plan based on your data, your customers, and your margins. Every flow and campaign is engineered for maximum extraction.
Build & Deploy
Design, copywriting, segmentation, automation — we handle everything. Your flows go live, your campaigns start sending, and revenue starts moving.
Optimize & Scale
We never stop testing. A/B splits, segment refinements, new flows — we continuously compound your results while you focus on the business.
Our Results
A few recent wins from flows, campaigns, and retention fixes.
Dragon Motorsport — Building From Zero
Dragon Motorsport had never run email marketing properly. Inconsistent email blasts through Shopify Mail, no automation, no strategy, and a list that had never been touched.
We built the full infrastructure from scratch in 90 days: flows, forms, segmentation, and campaigns. Email now drives close to a fifth of total revenue.
Building a Complete Klaviyo Infrastructure From Scratch for Dragon Motorsport

Dragon Motorsport sells motorcycle visors and aftermarket gear built to solve real rider problems such as: fogging, low visibility, changing conditions.
Email had always been part of their strategy, but they were stuck running it on their own and could never keep it consistent. We came in and built the entire retention infrastructure from scratch, then layered in a campaign strategy designed to turn a quiet list into consistent revenue.
Opportunity
Before we started, Dragon Motorsport's email barely existed. Klaviyo was installed but never configured: no Welcome Flow, no Abandoned Cart, no segmentation, no campaign calendar. The brand was sending roughly one promotional email a month through Shopify Mail and relying almost entirely on Facebook Ads to drive growth. They had traffic, customers, and product demand. What they didn't have was a system to bring any of those customers back.
What we did
We built the core flow infrastructure from zero: Welcome Flow, Abandoned Cart, Abandoned Checkout, Browse Abandonment, and Post-Purchase.

We built signup forms across mobile and desktop that ask new subscribers what type of riding gear they want, feeding straight into conditional splits in the Welcome Flow.

Subscribers now get a welcome path matched to what they told us: visibility gear, weather protection, or specific helmet compatibility.

We built segmentation around rider behavior and product interest, the foundation every campaign relies on.

We also built dedicated drop campaigns sent only to subscribers tied to specific helmet models, giving them first access to new compatible visors.

The Impact & Results

In three months, Dragon Motorsport went from inconsistent, self-managed sends to a running retention engine. Email now drives nearly a fifth of total store revenue.

About us.
Angelo and Rio started Inbox Vektor after spending 4 years in ecommerce marketing. Angelo ran paid ads and Rio managed email for DTC brands. With firsthand experience in the retention problems ecom faces, they teamed up to help stores grow customer lifetime value through strategic email marketing.
"We saw immediate results after starting with Inbox Vektor. Rio and Angelo made some quick improvements to our opt-ins and welcome experience that resulted in more orders from that flow in 48 hours than we had in the entire first half of the calendar month before working with them — with no increase in traffic."

Privacy Policy.
Last updated: May 24, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Inbox Vektor collects, uses, and protects your information when you visit our site or work with us. Because email marketing is core to what we do, it also covers how we use Klaviyo to manage lists and send the emails you've asked for.
1. Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly — such as your name, email address, and company details when you subscribe, request a demo, or contact us. We also collect information automatically as you browse, including your browser type, device, pages viewed, and general interaction patterns gathered through cookies and analytics.
2. How we use your information
We use this information to provide and improve our services, respond to enquiries, send the email campaigns and updates you've asked for, measure performance, and meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
3. Email marketing and Klaviyo
We use Klaviyo to manage our email lists, send marketing and transactional emails, and measure engagement. When you subscribe or interact with our emails, data such as your email address, name, and activity — including opens, clicks, and on-site behaviour — is collected and processed by Klaviyo on our behalf as a data processor, under its own privacy and security commitments (see klaviyo.com/legal/privacy). You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
4. Cookies and tracking
Our site uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, analytics, and to understand how visitors use the site. Klaviyo may also set cookies to associate on-site activity with subscriber profiles. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work as intended.
5. How we share information
We share information only with the service providers who help us operate — such as Klaviyo for email and our analytics provider for site measurement — and where required by law or in connection with a business transfer. These providers process data on our instructions and may not use it for their own purposes.
6. Data retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide our services and meet legal requirements, then delete or anonymise it. We use reasonable safeguards including encryption in transit and access controls, while recognising that no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these rights, or to unsubscribe from marketing, contact us at [email protected].
8. Changes and contact
We may update this policy from time to time; when we do, we'll revise the "last updated" date above. For questions about this policy or your data, please send them directly to [email protected].
Fulfillment Policy.
Last updated: May 24, 2026
This Fulfillment Policy explains how Inbox Vektor delivers its email marketing services, how billing works, and our approach to cancellations and refunds.
1. Services we provide
Inbox Vektor provides email marketing services — including account and list setup, campaign and automation (flow) management, deliverability and list health, and performance reporting — delivered through Klaviyo. The exact scope of work is agreed with each client before we begin.
2. Service delivery and timelines
Work typically begins the week after sign-up. If you sign up later in the week or over a weekend, your onboarding and first deliverables generally start the following business week so we can plan the work properly. Timelines depend on the type of engagement: a full email flow setup is scoped and delivered on a fixed timeline agreed upfront, while ongoing services — campaigns and performance reporting — are delivered on a month-to-month basis at the cadence agreed in your plan.
3. Billing and payment
Services are billed in advance at the agreed rate, on either a monthly or biweekly schedule depending on what we arrange with you. Any third-party costs — such as your own Klaviyo subscription — are billed separately by those providers unless we state otherwise.
4. Cancellation
There are no long-term contracts. You may cancel at any time by giving written notice before your next billing cycle begins. Service continues through the end of the current paid period.
5. Refunds
Because work is performed throughout the month, we don't offer refunds for partial months. If you cancel mid-cycle, you'll continue to receive services until the end of your paid period.
6. Contact
